David V. Hasin is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Pace University School of Law where he was the recipient of the 1991-1992 Julian Hyman Award for Distinguished Interest and Achievement in the Field of Trusts and Estates.

Mr. Hasin's practice has, to date, been focused on matrimonial and commercial litigation, estates, land use and real estate. Mr. Hasin has served as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Woodbury and served as that Board's attorney from 2001 until 2005. In November of 2005, Mr. Hasin was elected Town Justice in the Town of Woodbury and is currently serving his second four-year term in that capacity.

David V. Hasin has been a featured lecturer on zoning and planning and has been an adjunct lecturer at SUNY Dutchess since 1998.

Mr. Hasin is admitted to practice before the Courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the District of Columbia, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the Northern District of New York. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and currently sits on its Board of Directors and the Municipal Law Committee. David Hasin, Esq., is also a member of the New York State and Orange County Magistrates Associations. In addition, Mr. Hasin is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations.
